Nice and tidy room. probably they can do better with the mini fridge. Food is awesome

Room was not clean. Food is not good, staff don’t know how to handle their guests. I went outside at 10:30 pm to have my dinner because they don’t have enough guest to make dinner, even dinner was included in my stay. Terrible Experience. Overpriced Hotel.

not satisfied at all. the stay was poor. lamp torn, bed sheet torn, AC not working, food was not great at all. nothing was good at all we also wanted to get refund for this poor experience. But didn't get any refund staff was good but the hotel and food is poor never going again and i don't think so they should be considered as 5 STAR.

My stay was disappointing. Breakfast was included with my room booking, but when we went for breakfast at 10:35 AM, we were refused because we were only 5 minutes late. We were never informed at the time of check-in or beforehand that breakfast would end at 10:30 AM. If we had been informed, we would have reached on time. Denying the included breakfast for just a 5-minute delay was unfair and showed poor service. I hope the hotel improves its communication and treats guests more reasonably in such situations.

No cooling, still stuck in the same room for 3 nights. argumentative staff. Unprofessional behaviour. Lizard in the room. Zero hospitality, if you complain, staff will start arguments

Clean rooms with an excellent view of the hills, breakfast was good. Good rooms... big clean rooms with standard bathroom.

It's not a 5 star hotel, it requires full maintenance. Old property at higher cost. Please take care of guests.

The service is very average for the money I paid, buffet breakfast is also average.

Location is good. Food and amenities are excellent, but in service we have to struggle to get a good quality Internet connection, which need to be improved. Internet connection on seventh floor was horrible. Need improvement.
