food was decent with limited items on the menu. rooms and bathroom are clean and tidy, unfortunately with the absence of a cupboard. service is decent. Rooms have a balcony with a decent view

only location was good.. rest all was very terrible.. room was average, staff behaviour was very rude and service was also poor room power cut during midnight, hot water in cold tap always.. breakfast was also very limited and not that good.. even charged for kids milk during breakfast

The stay was good. With good location and all. Only issue we faced was we had gone for a New Year celebration and had already ordered for glasses and food around 7:30. But the hotel didn't give glasses. We had to follow up and wait until 11:30 and they didn't give proper communication also. One of our group members had to literally get into the kitchen. Finally, they gave us 3 different shapes of glasses for New Year celebration. This was only disappointing as we wanted to have a good time and all our time from 9:30 to 11:30 was taken just for glasses. If they would have informed us earlier, we would've bought a new set of glasses rather than wasting our time.

Awesome stay and very polite staff. Breakfast could have been a little better but anyway it was really worth the value. Will book it for all my future Coorg stays.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Cliff Edge Hotel, Coorg. The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful views that make the stay truly peaceful and refreshing. The food was extremely tasty, fresh, and well-prepared. Every meal felt homely and satisfying. All the facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a perfect stay with great food, excellent service, and a beautiful location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Coorg and looking for a relaxing getaway.

They stay in a good location. They don't have their own kitchen but Zomato and Swiggy are allowed. The staff is amazing.

The Bed and restroom was clean and neat, and the view from sit out was unexpected.

The property is pathetic. It only looks good in the photos. photos have been cleverly put in. Secondly there is a lot of leakage, foul smell inside the hotel. The only good thing is the view, but otherwise everything is bad. They could not even manage breakfast, dinner we did not dare to eat , never ate the staff is immature and they don't know how to handle the customers. The hotel seems to be to be a lodge. I don't know why they have put as a cliff hotel. Absolutely pathetic. Please don't go there.

Pros: hotel has a nice valley view cons : 1. Food is average 2. Hotel entrance and lift area is very dirty 3. Rooms are not maintained and door lock is coming out. I was not able to close the door 4. It seems the hotel is overpriced

There was lot of bugs in the room and since the hotels was under repair there was lot of things going on around. Coming on food quality was average too, idly was very hard and not much options for vegetarians

I stayed in a corner room on the third floor. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast they provide is good. However, maintenance needs improvement as the AC doesn’t work properly, though the staff is very responsive.

The hotel is in terrible condition, seepage everywhere, water is dripping inside the room. Door lock broken, fungus on the walls. The only thing good about this place is the view.

Bedsheets were not cleaned well, can see brownish shades, curtains had stains, no cupboard, but location of stay was good covered in fog
