Had an absolutely amazing stay at The Ark Comfort. The biggest highlight of this property is its stunning beachside location. The beach literally feels like your own private stretch, peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with the sound of the waves. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was warm and attentive, and the overall vibe of the place was calm and refreshing. A perfect pet-friendly getaway if you want to enjoy a serene beach experience away from the crowd. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Food is tasty, room has an excellent view

Location is beautiful with the sea view and the rooms are also good. The breakfast they provide is also tasty.

It is unexpected, but it is a good property to be in. It gives you your personal space. The deck. The private beach jacuzzi is a good experience to have in South Goa.

Very unique place right on the Colam beach in South Goa. Well maintained property which uses standard products for the use of guests. Food is very good; they request for your choice a day before thus avoid wastage. The naming and category of rooms are very unique; we stayed in Grace category.

Stay was excellent, privacy great too. Parking should be better. Very less space for parking. Overall, good place to stay.

Overpriced !! Scenic beauty is there. Location is very far from the road. Rooms are not hygienic, clogged washrooms, electricity voltage from fractures. Staircases are risky, roof is hurting tall people it’s low and dangerous.

Worst property.. there is no maintenance.... koi entry gate nahi ......koi welcome nahi .... beachfront.. k naam per sab zero ......there is no peroper entry gate .... bus stair per ooper neeche karte rahe .....plz guys isko bhool se bhi book nahi karna ....goa ka sabse terrible stay raha ....

We had an amazing honeymoon stay here. The property is a beautiful, photogenic escape, perfectly balancing modern comfort and peaceful surroundings. The “Love” room decoration arranged on request was absolutely perfect and made a lovely surprise for my wife. Food was excellent throughout—special mention to the fry, grilled chicken sandwich, and Nutella pancake at breakfast. Kayaking was a fun and memorable experience, and the staff and service were truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and always helpful. Highly recommended for couples and honeymooners. We would love to visit again!

The location and view of the property was nice, food was okay not the best however the main issue was the pricing of the setup for my birthday which they charged 7000 but the arrangement that they made was very basic. Overall the experience was okay but for as I paid INR 22000 I feel it's better to book a 5-star resort than this.

The place was serene, beautiful and everything was just perfect about the place. The staff was courteous and catered to all our requests. Would recommend this place for sure.

Entry to reach this hotel is horrible. Place don’t give good vibes and to reach at beach is not so easy due to rocky surface. It is located somewhat in isolated area and my children’s don’t find it okay.

Had a lovely stay at The Ark Comforts, Goa! 🌴 The rooms were super clean and instaworthy, food was great, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The property’s location is perfect — peaceful yet close to the main spots like Palolem beach. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxed and cozy stay in Goa. Best part is the private beach you get with your room access. I'd keep coming back here.

We stayed at Ark comforts for 4 nights. Positives: Amazing beach front views which we really enjoyed. The amenities inside the room were good and Jacuzzi as well. Negatives: Very limited food menu. Definitely not child friendly. From the shared parking, you need to walk to the stay through a very bad narrow pathway which is not safe to walk during the nights since there are no lights at all. We found many insects. We booked the Hope room and since there was some issue with the AC, they tried to put us in a smaller room with partial sea views which was a very bad experience. Customer service is average. You need to follow up multiple times for any request. Very limited food delivery options as well. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this place for people bringing their kids. The final stretch to this place is very narrow and only one car can go at a time. The swimming pool is never cleaned and it looked very dirty. No one used it during our stay.

The location is ideal—just a short walk from the beautiful Palolem Beach—yet still quiet enough to enjoy a good night’s rest. What stood out the most was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and kind, and Daliksha went above and beyond her attention to detail and positive attitude truly made a difference. I would highly recommend Ark Comforts Palolem to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer vacation, this place is a gem!

The hotel’s location was great, it was disappointing that the air conditioning wasn’t working. The room felt hot and suffocating, and despite making multiple requests, the staff couldn’t resolve the issue. Although it’s a beach-facing property, we were ironically asked to keep the curtains closed so the AC could function—yet it still didn’t work. Even after several follow-ups, no action was taken. Surprisingly, nearby hotels at much lower prices offered far better service and comfort.
