Review Of THE ACACIA HOTEL

I honestly regret staying at this hotel. Despite reading the older negative reviews, I still decided to take a room—and that turned out to be a big mistake. The room was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell that just wouldn’t go away. To make things worse, there were cockroaches crawling around, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The bathroom was in terrible condition as well—unclean, poorly maintained, and clearly not properly sanitized. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I truly feel like I made a blunder by ignoring the earlier reviews. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

One the worst hotel. Throughout my stay I encountered tiny cockroaches. I was provided alternative room but it had cockroaches too. The AC in the 2nd room when turned on, smell of cockroaches. Too much noise in the building- includes door banging until 2am. Not a good stay.

Every day they clean the rooms properly , the food is very good . Very well behaved people at the hotel.

Property food and ambience of the room is really amazing and particularly its my second time of the visit

no clean room and bathroom with dirty smell. Everywhere cockroaches have no customer value on the reception counter no buddy takes responsibility. food was good but where there is no clean room where the customer way where wants to stay no providing peper tissue for bathroom .

Room was neat and clean, prime location so easy to reach airport. Reachable to near restaurant, hospital. Supportive staff of the hotel. Easy to check in and check out. Prefer to stay this place again and again. Thank you very much for pleasant stay.

The hotel location is good , but rooms service is so bad , i stayed with my wife , the linen was unhygienic, also the the receptionist demanded an extra amount, so it's not good for family

the receptionist at the reception is so bad behaviour to me , She wants much more money , she is lotted to guests , when we create the booking on MMT , after that we extended to walk in she told me night but she continually to harrasment me to give 3000 rs , the rooms service is good , but linen has been not changed on after my extended stay . so would never be recommended to family to stay here. very bad service

The overall stay was gud & friendly , efficient staff ... We got a room on 4 th floor ,but lift facility only till 3rd floor ,we had to climb to 4th floor

Stinking room Lenin, merciless receptionist, unmaintained building, totally not eligible to stay for such huge tariff.

The hotel is located about 5 kms from airport with nothing around no food joints or any thing at walking distance. The rooms are very small and services are basic. The positive side is it clean and some of the staff is good been there for just one night so can’t comment more

Rooms smelled fungus. General cleaning could be improved. While i did a late checkin, there was no one at reception, waited!

Food accomadtion and restaurent is so good. But the room cost is so expensive according to that cost the room size is very small and not comfort for walk. Ther i s no any balcony or air circulation for free air zone.
