Review Of Taurus Sarovar Portico

Hi, so my review for the hotel is the hotel was good, location is very nice but the problem was the bathroom was not good. They had a bathtub but it was broken, not well maintained. Actually you can say hair dryer was not working. So they got it repaired for me on the spot. That is a good thing but then we asked them to get someone to clean the bathroom so that they did not send anyone to do it. Plus the food was good. I would not say excellent, but the food was good and the breakfast variety was also nice. So overall the rating is 3 average because I think there's a lot of scope of improvement in this. That's the reason. But half or one night it is a good stay and the bed was very soft. So if the person sleeps seriously he will. It looked like as if he's sleeping and the slant format. OK so that is my overall trip.

Yes, the hotel outside photo and the entrance everything nice, but if you go to room its very bad Locks, entrance and floor mat is not available. In the photo it is showing very premium mats, but inside nothing you know, you know chappals there is no hot water is not coming immediately and room is very dirty, not clean, so it's not good. Even lock system it's not good room is very worst there is. Ventilation, nothing, you cannot see anything. Its like a completely locked room. Very bad experience. Like we saw based on your makemytrip Porto and everything but not available. Even if you if I ask for Chapel for room use, I got maybe after 345 calls. That's not good. No floor mats available. It's very bad experience.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Taurus Sarovar Portico. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Special shoutout to the front desk team for helping with a late check-in! The location was perfect for exploring, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Highly recommend!

Washroom was not clean as the rooms were stinking badly we were not happy at all not at all value for money

I booked an executive room. It was anything but executive. The room was dirty, linen was dirty. Amenities like hair dryer not working, dental kit, toiletries etc not provided in the room. The noise from kitchen, dining area and outside was coming in the room till midnight and then again from 3 AM onwards. It was a below average stay for the given price.

Location was good. Food was average. The toilet was not functioning properly. The hot water was not running through the taps. On reporting to the reception, they asked us to drain water for at least 5 minutes before the hot water would flow. What a waste of water and time at the toilet. The toilet didn’t have proper shower screens and hence the water was flowing all over the toilet. They changed the room on request to a new one with a more or less half shower screen. Bath tub in one of the rooms was not working properly. The pick up and drop services to the airport was also quite expensive. The waiters at the restaurant were cooperative though. I will never recommend this property to anyone in future.

The Hotel is one of the worst hotel and very smell and very bad cleaners and all the areas damage rooms are very smelly and not cleaned properly and the staff is response is very rude and they won't even care customers and Delhi. Whether they are we are not I'm not able to get the hot water that is one of the very worst and shower is not working and very bad. All these things no value for the money. I don't recommend this to anybody.

Room was ok, it was below average, I paid Rs 6900 for 1 day and for that price the room was not good. Though it was spacious but was not clean, the room had some sort of smell. Talking about food. We had breakfast in the morning, it was good.

The hotel does not live up to the expectation of the name Sarovar Portico. It's highly overpriced. The property is not maintained at all. The carpet was torn. The night staff was rude. The sheets were not clean.

I had a terrible experience the front desk is so rude and ill behaved,the duty manageritself is so ill mannered and dont know how to speak to guest, Moreover there is a small girl at the reception she is also rude. I had a related to Pick up , was really really rude and have no manners how to speak to guest, The front desk are very rude .only the kitchen staff is very good and helpful to name Ankita in the morning breakfast attended us very well The rooms are ok but not worth what I pay them rooms are old,ok for business travel

horrible stay. burning smell in the room and bathroom. consistent noise coming in the room from hotel staff until late in the night. furniture in the room broken and badly maintained.

The hotel is over priced and facility is very poor. The hygiene for the room is also very poor. Very pathetic.

The room did not have temperature control and in peak winter also heater was not provided. No real amenities and very unhygienic place. Never again...😡

Overpriced property with low standard, low maintenance rooms, not recommended at all. Very old bathroom.

1. Rooms were very dirty. Bathroom were unhygienic. It doesn't feel like we are in a 4 star property. 2. Everything was charged upfront including food service in room. If you don't pay then you will not get any service. This is first time I see this happening. 3. Parking place was small and valet parking service was poor. Most of the time I didn't see driver to bring my car and have to search car on my own. 4. No major variety of food available in buffet breakfast. Overall this hotel doesn't deserve to be 4 star and should not charge so high for dirty rooms. I felt like I wasted my money for service which I didn't receive during my stay. I also didn't expect MMT to put this under their Luxury hotel group.

Location is nearby Airport. Food is not good. Amenities and services are not up to the Sarovar group standard.

Poor quality room. It was damp, the sheets looked old. There was a stink, old dirty rug and chair, swollen wall paint and wooden floor just unpleasant. Our money literally went down the drain. Next time before checking in please ask them to show you the room!
