Overall, the hotel was good. The service was excellent. But as mentioned while booking, the room will be upgraded. It was mentioned in the booking, but they didn't upgrade the room and it took a long time to get a room like I'll check in time we already mentioned was around 12:00 PM, to 1pm but we got a room by 2 PM so due to that we had a long wait, but I hope next time if we visit, we get a good one service. While booking on MakeMyTrip, the room category which was shown, there are various pictures of room that we understood while checking in the property and we thought that they will be part of included as mentioned in the picture. Like there was a bathtub picture while booking, But while checking in, they said that, bathtub is not included. So I suggest MakeMyTrip, please upgrade your pictures to the proper room category accordingly. Thank you.
