From the moment I entered, Taj Hotel impressed me with its elegant ambience and attentive hospitality. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The property is in a prime location, making it very convenient. Cleanliness was exceptional throughout, including the washrooms, which were spotless and well maintained. The in-house experience felt luxurious yet welcoming, and the quality of service justified the price. A memorable experience that truly delivers excellent value for money.

My stay at the Taj Mahal was overall pleasant, and I appreciated the property’s ambiance and facilities. However, the service experience did not fully meet my expectations. On several occasions, I had to call multiple times before my requests were attended to, which was disappointing. Additionally, I had specifically mentioned certain special requests at the time of booking, but unfortunately, they were not fulfilled during my stay. While the staff was generally courteous, I believe greater attentiveness to guest requests and better communication would significantly enhance the overall experience.
