Property is good. However, the room I was allotted was not perfect as there were few faults in it such as reading lamp was defective, bed side plug was not working. The light button description was faded. Room maintenance is needed.

Excellent hospitality, great room. Very warm welcome with tilak and tulsi mala. Had arrived earlier than check-in time and the hotel graciously offered the room which was clean, ready and had quality furnishings. Breakfast has a lot of variety and was tasty. Staff was very polite and helpful. Had a great time.

Taj’s hospitality is best in class, the room had all the requests taken care off proactively without a follow up, like an air purifier for Gurgaon/Delhi pollution, memory foam, non-smoking room and King bed.
