While the rooms at Svenska are pretty comfortable, I just felt there's room for improvement in other spaces. Like when I called for services, they took forever to come! I asked for a particular newspaper and for that too I had to make 3 calls! Just poor service for the kind of money you pay! Also, they give you nothing complementary as part of the price you pay - no breakfast, not even basic snacks in the room! So, it's a good room but not great service at all. Oh, almost forgot... There were mosquitoes in their lobby where I was waiting at night while they asked me to book my own room on the apps!
