Additionally, they charged service tax on food, which should not be applicable. The price of water bottles was also unfair—they charged ₹45 for bottles that had an MRP of ₹18.
The receptionist’s behavior was disappointing and uncooperative, which further impacted the overall experience. Also, the hotel profile mentioned music and dance activities, but none were available during the stay.
On a positive note, the food quality was good.
