We had a pleasant time in Sugam resort. Here, a lot of herbal trees and the children's play area is good. The food is especially delicious and reasonably priced. We prefer to go once more.

I am feeling bad why did I book this resort 1. Resort is not clen 2. Bathroom is horrible 3. The lady in the reception is too arrogant 4. No proper Hosiptality 5. No private terrace. Its have built and not safe Request for refund or compensation for this.

It was a very pleasant stay in Sugam resort. It is near the airport, around 10 km from Chennai International Airport. The area is good and the cottage is pet friendly and it's quite spacious inside the resort. The food is good. They provide breakfast with multiple items and it was very pleasant. The reason I stayed at Sugam resort is because it is near SRM University and I stayed for two days. I frequently visit, so that is a second reason. If I go next time, I'll surely stay in the same resort. Thank you.

Unclean toilet. Had to aks for towel and soap but was given after 8hours of stay. Food was horrible. Don't use cab to go there. Bcoz getting cab is very difficult. Own vehicle preferable. Only positive point is privacy is good
