I stayed at Stone Water Resort for 3 days. While the property has good potential, my overall experience was mixed.
Negative Points:
Pool Issue: We were not able to use the swimming pool during our entire stay because the water was dirty. We requested multiple times to clean or change it, but no proper action was taken by the management.
Weak WiFi: The WiFi network in our room was very weak. When we complained at the reception, they said they were already aware of the issue and were not able to fix it. That was disappointing.
Management Support: Overall, the hotel management response was not satisfactory.
Scooty Availability: We were unable to get any scooty from the hotel. Also, no local scooter providers were willing to deliver to the hotel location, which made transportation difficult.
Positive Points:
The room had a very good vibe.
The property has a lot of greenery.
The view from the resort is beautiful.
With better management support and maintenance, this place can offer a much better experience.
