Review Of SRJungle Resort

I went with my family last weekend and booked corporate suite room. I felt it was not worth for 15k bucks. 1. All the adventure games were damaged and closed. Only kids play area and indoor games were opened. 2. They gave us gift voucher for foot massage and when we enquired about that they mentioned it is just a foot massager and not manual massage (which was not mentioned in the coupon) 3. Bathroom was poor; it was too slippery, no separator was attached between shower area and toilet area. We went with kids and they fell down once or twice because of this slippery issue. 4. TV remote was not provided even after informing the same to the receptionist. 5. During the night there were power shortages as well! 6. When we enquired about jeep safari, they said there are only some off-road rides. No animals are visible during the jeep safari. Environment was good but not anything else other than that.

The Property was quite a large one and the stay was wonderful. The surrounding was lush green and has an amazing ambience. For kids they have got play areas, outdoor playgrounds, also there are multiple swimming pools and bars. Overall a delightful experience at the resort.

AC was not working. Staff were impolite. Attributed lack of gas for poor kitchen service

Very bad restrooms, and it smells very foul. There is a foul smell in the shower. It's a very unacceptable experience. I had in the types of resort.

Very poor service from the management. The manager himself misled us regarding the food arrangements, which resulted in an embarrassing situation in the dining area. The overall behaviour of the management and staff was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I am pregnant, and despite calling room service twice to request drinking water, no water bottles were provided. This level of negligence towards even basic necessities is completely unacceptable. The room condition was extremely poor and totally opposite to what was shown on the website. The bathroom was badly maintained and unhygienic. There was practically no room service at all. Although there were many staff members around the reception area, they were mostly seen roaming or talking on their phones. No one seemed to care about the needs or comfort of the guests. Overall, the experience was very pathetic, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone based on the poor service, misleading information, and lack of basic hospitality.

Room stay is good but food is average

Check-in was delayed and they made us wait despite us going 1 hour late than actual check-in time stating room was not ready. No ala carte options, only buffet and overpriced food, 1000 per person. Services were very delayed upon requesting something. Overall not worth it for the price paid.

Wedding work carried out right beyond my room at midnight and that disturbed me a lot.

its a big resort...room...outdoors....restaurant...all amenities are very fine...guidance of staffs is amazing...its a place to chill out...must visit

The location is wonderful. We stayed in Family Cottage. To be sincere the rooms are just okey. We have stayed in rooms with more luxury with a lower cost than this property. The total atmosphere there is wonderful. Calm and quiet location , away from the noise of town and vehicles. The food is also average. Food is somewhat equivalent to Tamilnadu food and so the kids and my wife didn't like it so much. The Chinese items were very tasty. Its a vast location of 23 acres and we can find peace and enjoyment with family and friends. If interested we can have sports activities ....... where we have an outdoor court and indoor facilities. We can see peacocks all around the property boundaries but there is no disturbance within the walls. Well maintained property , neat and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Resort , and it was a truly refreshing experience. The resort is beautifully situated amidst lush greenery and rolling tea plantations, offering a peaceful and scenic escape from the city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities, and the balcony views were stunning. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The food was another highlight — authentic Coimbatore cuisine served fresh and hot every time. Although the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was inconsistent and the access road a bit rough, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway with good service and comfort.

Maintenance of the room is lacking terribly apart from which the stay was excellent and relaxing. Food was exceptionally good. Swimming pool cleaning should also improve.
