Review Of Sopanam Heritage

Stayed for a few hours, after checking out of the other hotel that I was booked at. Though non ac room (that I booked by mistake), it was quite clean and comfortable. Staff was quite courteous as well.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Great location and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Great stay. I am actually part of Taj hotel group from the hospitality field. Starting from arrival to departure, it was a great experience. The front office manager to security kept a smile on their face and welcomed us. Again we will be visiting soon and will recommend to family and friends.

Had a good stay at sopanam heritage, staff were friendly and 5-8 min walk from Guruvayoor temple was a plus for us.

The staff and hospitality are top notch, but the wing of the hotel we stayed in is a bit neglected. Right from the walls in the rooms that have minor seepage, to the upkeep of the lift, it all leaves a lot to be desired. My room was at the last corner, and there was a beer bottle kept right on the edge near my door. Nobody cleared it during the two days of my stay. Considering I paid close to 10k for 2 rooms and 2 nights, I felt the condition of the hotel was not up to that price. Once again, the staff and the hospitality is very nice.

Very comfortable stay with free extra bed and room for driver.

Finding very easy very poor hospitality ever I seen in the hotels. They have charged for extra for extra hours 2 to 4 hrs.

Overall it is a nice hotel.. location is perfect. rooms are spacious and clean. The general setup of the hotel is good and the staff is gentle. If you wish to stay you can.
