it was a nice and comfortable stay.

The rooms are average, right next to the highway without sound proofing, so there is constant vehicle sound. Bedsheets are not very clean. Stay only if there are no other options.

Stayed for a day to visit NITK since it's very close. Staff is extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help you even late at night. Rooms are decent for the price, would recommend AC rooms especially in summers.

We booked family suite at this place but the room was like double size with a small bathroom and not even a single sofa. There was a care taker Rahul, he was nice. Location of this property is good but not maintained well. Lift stopped working in night. no option for food in night.

Had a good time while staying at the hotel. Met my expectations. It was clean, had wifi, were given water bottles on arrival.

Rooms are clean. Price is less compared to others. Staff helped us with auto booking. Also provided us extra hour to stay after checkout time.

nh66 highway traffic noise, no hot water, no phone in room to call reception, bathroom door had sharp screw ends protruding out, post monsoon damp fungal smell in room. bed head rest had fungal growth
