We had a rather disappointing experience during our stay. The only positive thing about the hotel was the food — both the food and the service were awesome. However, everything else fell short of expectations. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the shower was in poor condition. The doors creaked loudly, and there were very few charging points available. The placement of the light switches behind the bed was quite inconvenient. There was no lift, and we had to climb four floors with my father, which was extremely difficult. There was no AC or even a fan, so we had to keep the windows open the whole night — which led to lots of bugs, moths, and mosquitoes in the room. Additionally, the manager at the reception was unfriendly and uncooperative — they didn’t even assist us with booking a taxi.
