Average Stay
Initially after check in found blanket was smelling after complaint they changed it. Whole night mosquitoes were creating problem finally late night slept. Asked the team to arrange allout or any other products but nothing arranged. The location is away and roads are very steep and only one car can pass there. Lots of driving skill required to park the vehicle and take out.

value for money
location, room, amenities were nice and food and service was fantastic. value for money. swimming pool is available at the property.

not good hotel
Hotel room was not that great. They were very small. Plus, the TV was not working Wi-Fi connectivity issues. The bathroom didn't have exhaust fan. Breakfast was not that great food was okay. Overall poor experience.

Average Stay
Room should have been better. Only 1 hanger in the wardrobe, really amazing. Toiletries not of a good quality. Smelled horrible. No napkins provided. Room should have been bigger. Very less parking space. Property was good, swimming pool good, restaurant okay, but improvement needed in the room.

Good Stay
Location is fine but the entry and parking is one of the concerns as it is situated in a hilly area. The room is decent. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned every day. The staff is nice.

Terrible Stay
This is the most pathetic resort i have ever been in . Such a rude staff , unhygienic environment and no amenities at all . Even the manager was asking me to cancel the booking

Excellent Stay
Cleanliness and hospitality was good, staff behavior was nice, basic services were good, all areas were under CCTV surveillance which was a very good thing.
