Very helpful staff and nice cleaning well maintained by staff

Found quite safe with very nice inhouse service. The property does not have any food facilities. Management is responsive and polite. In terms of Airport, Rly stn the location of the property is good, but not that good in terms of road connection.

The experience was okayish. Place was a little inside but overall average. Nothing very special or unexpected. Staff was decent and outside food was allowed which was a plus.

I am from Imphal. My actual check-in time was 12:00 p.m. on 16th August, and the check-out time was 12:00 p.m. on 17th August. I traveled all the way from Kanyakumari with my elderly mother and reached the hotel at 6:30 a.m. on 16th August because I have a flight to catch at 8:00 a.m. on 17th August. Despite explaining our situation, they did not allow us to check in early and told us to wait until 12:00 p.m. I also told them that we would need to check out by 6:30 a.m. on 17th August. We were exhausted from the journey, and my mother was very tired as well. They claimed all the rooms were occupied, but I clearly saw some empty rooms. They lied to us. Moreover, they showed no hospitality or concern for us as tourists. Please do not stay in this hotel. It is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was unclean, and even the bedsheets and clothes were not fresh

Location is fine but the service is poor. If they work on the service then it is a good stay for family and friends

When i arrived at the hotel at approx (4:00am, the receptionist refused to give me the room keys saying that i would have to change the room the next day (at 12 noon) to a smaller room. However i had to leave for work. I had to leave my luggage open with the receptionist for 8-9hrs till i could come back and collect it.

Very worst hotel, i paid 1200 more but not worth for this amount. They are cheating. Toilet very worst, ac is not working they are connected to run only fan, they disconnected compressor. So only we can get fan cool. No ac cool, not possible to increase or decrease settings. Well planned. Cheating. For 600 to 700 rate per day okkk.

Stayed at royal green accommodation. Not good. 1. They are not allowed with shoe are chap-pal wearing inside the room. 2. No room boys. If need food, tea or any thing we should take care. 3. Bathroom not good.

When we arrived, we were given a room that was around 70 sq. Ft smaller than what we had booked, reason given was no availability of rooms, but that defeats the whole purpose of advanced booking. Had to spend one out of three nights in that room, and no refund was provided. Dissatisfied.
