The stay experience was good but the price difference is so high. Offline price is lower than the online MakeMyTrip price by 2000.

The location of property is very good with enough parking. The hospitalities of the staff too were very calm and polite and most importantly the food was good and ordered being served instantly. Will love to stay again

Average Stay
The bedspread was not hygienic, food was below average, room service is poor, asked for a pen, tea in the morning nothing came to the room, not worth the money.

Excellent Stay
The place is clean, food is okay except for the eggs, very difficult to peel, don't know what types of eggs they're providing. Overall cool. They have enough space for a swimming pool.. they should have one.. budget friendly.

Good Stay
room size was quite impressive. Should be mosquito free for sound sleep. Service needs to be improved as per the tariff

Good Stay
Being a business traveler I always have 3 criteria in mind. 1. I need a comfortable bed. 2. Washroom should be neat and clean 3. Breakfast should be good. The bed was hard and the hotel was an old property. The washroom was also a normal washroom, it did not have a basic amenity like a glass enclosure due to which, when I took a bath, the entire floor was wet till the door. The room AC was noisy, a lot of noise throughout the night, I hardly could sleep. The buffet breakfast was good. The spread was decent.

Poor Stay
The AC was sounding like a generator and I couldn't sleep the whole night, we took 2 rooms both having the same condition. Reception AC was not working, breakfast was not up to the mark.

Excellent Stay
It was surprisingly an excellent choice - I had chosen it only for its proximity to a certain business that I had come into Guwahati for. Starting from the excellently polished and soft spoken staff, to the support staff...it was a pleasure ......the highlight certainly was the rather big room with enough space to move around, keep all your luggage (for 2 people) closets, large mirror, TV, extra chairs & coffee table, study, the large bath, etc. made it truly comfortable. I had dinners on both nights and a breakfast.....considering the quality and the presentation, I was surprised by how reasonable the prices were. Plus its proximity to Khanapara and the highway for a quick and assured ride up to the airport without any traffic snarls ....makes this hotel a good choice! Take a bow team Rohika.
