Best part of this Hotel is only and only Location. Room was looking Clean but actually it was poor hygiene. The AC duct Lamp shades had layers of dust. It was taking more than 1/2 hrs to get room ok to sleep. I don't know why DEN cable is still in use when you have Sony TV add some better service provider.

everything was good i booked for 3 nights, i wanted a bath tub room but they gave me non bath tub room but they shifted me to other room service and all amenities was top notch loved it

All the amenities were excellent, also the staff was so cooperative they let me use the room couple of hrs extra even after checkout time for my emergency

Starting from the manner in which the check-in staff treats you on your arrival, to the manner in which rooms are maintained and food is served, one can notice extremely high professionalism at this hotel! I really liked the hotel and responsiveness of the entire staff. The location is also really good. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope the hotel keeps up the motivation of the staff in the upcoming days too!

The hotel is located in the gem area of Mumbai & the Gothic styled buildings around the hotel gives great feeling. My stay was very comfortable, I stayed in this hotel along with my family & I must say that they also loved the hotel very much. The cherry on the cake was early checkin that too 2 hrs. before for which I am thankful, the room was very spacious & they have quickly put an extra bed as a special demand (chargeable). The food was very delicious, quality & hygiene was superb. I strongly recommend this hotel for family especially coming for Mumbai darshan.

Poor stinky hotel. Stinky common areas and rooms. it's becoming old and rotten. Do not stay here. Breakfast area is good
