Service not good

cosy rooms no ventilation and windows for deluxe room. breakfast options are okay. The view from the terrace is good.

it was a good experience and the room quality was good thanks for good service at Rk we enjoyed it a lot

Very nice hotel & co operative staff

Service was very poor. We have to keep reminding everything for multiple times. Even then also the issue was not resolved like flush , shower is not working properly. Need to ask multiple times for water, fresh towels ,room cleaning etc., Food was also average. I would never recommend this hotel at this price point

There is always some sort of problem with this hotel. Often their lavatory flush doesn't work. This time they didn't have Debit Csrd machine and we're pushing customers for cash payment.

mismanaged, basic hygiene missing, repetitive items in breakfast, serving food in plastic utensils, low courtesy towards customer, staff behavior not at all good.

The room was full of sigarate smoke smell. A decomposed rat was found below bed. For ordered water we had to call thrice and then also received after half hour. The extra bed was just 2inch packing hard foam. Worst experience. Manager on reception is having an undue attitude. Not at all worth in respect of spent money.

This hotel is mid range but the price is a little higher for the location. Breakfast is moderate with quality. Overall, if the service and hospitality are good, I would recommend people heading towards Sehore to opt for this.

Location is good. Food average. Poor maintenance

as I very worst bad experience for this hotel because of the receptionist as not co-ordinate to properly in specially for the female stops

very dirty Room clothes and chair are dirty as you can see in attached photos of rooms , staff also helpless because management not support them

Staff is not good, trusted the staff and lost money from my wallet. Do not the hotel staff and keep your money in your pocket instead of bag in a hotel.

The stay was good.Staff was giving prompt response for any issue raised to them.Overall nice experience.

Hotel and staff were excellent. However the food could be better. And hotel restaurant was closed for private party. They should have arranged some space for hotel guest.

The hotel has a secure and safe parking space, all the amenities were also good , the room was clean and spacious, the staff were attentive and made our check in and checkout process easy and quick , food was also delicious, Overall a wonderful stay

I stayed in this hotel on 8th August 2025 by seeing a good review from some user but it was very bad experience. Room size was good but basic hygiene was missing. Washroom flushing system was not working, intercom was not working, Water kettle was not working and it was not cleaned properly.It was having 4 star rating but it doesn’t deserve 2 star also. Bad experience in short stay of 5 hours in hotel room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone
