It was nice stay and the staff were extremely nice and supportive, they arranged everything on time. They can add more activities to engage guests throughout the day, pottery work, snooker, group activities etc. But we are happy even though.

Location is excellent 5/5 Food is average 4/5 Service is good 5/5 Resort iss misty as the name titled. One key thing to mention is the approach road of 3.5km is very difficult to travel as its off road drive, we need to cross river too. Hotel will provide Bolero to reach, ask for it before as there will be no network🛜 Sivagoppa airport is the nearest airport 3 hrs drive. 125KM. We booked STAR Air airlines to reach Hyderabad.

Location is more than 60 km away from Chikmagalur which is not clear while booking. However amazing location, great hospitality, full of activity is amazing. private waterfall, star gazing, nature connect are star attraction.

Staff is extremely happy and cheerful and exceptional service. You can enjoy a river walk, forest trails and treak, midnight skies in pitch dark as well as amazing food. They will take you for a nature walk where you can witness different species of plants, insects & wildlife.

familyEasily one of the best experiences we have ever had in a resort ! the resort/rooms were very clean and well maintained. The food was impeccable with lots of of local cuisine instead of standard continental stuff we get in resorts nowadays. The staff were all amazing. Always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to ensure all our needs were taken care of. Ajit and devesh the biodiversity specialists who took us on night trails and nature walks were simply outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and gave an excellent insight into the local biodiversity hotspot. Big credit to the property owner mr. Srijit who has created this resort bottom up and continues to manage it. Would highly recommend the resort! top notch !

Beautiful ambience and cozy cottages. Very courteous and helpful staff. Food spread can be further improved and local delicacies can be added. Walks and interactions with mr. Ajit are highlight of the place. He took me 40 years back refreshing my knowledge of biological sciences and ecology. Tourist information leaflets and basic stationery to be made available in the rooms. Overall a memorable stay. 1. One of the nature’s best architect, a spider in action 2. Mini water fall 3. 2 night stay at river-mist resort

Incredible hospitality, fabulous location, beautiful lush green resort situated in the middle of a dense forest. Overwhelmed by the hospitality, everyone from front desk, to the restaurant, to housekeeping were extremely polite and soft-spoken. The resort has a lot of fun activities - waterfall and river within the property, nature walk, infinity pool, indoor games etc - more than enough to keep you occupied for a few days. Along with delicious food for us, the restaurant was kind enough to take care of ad hoc food requests for the baby as well. The resort is lush green and very well maintained, taking care of all the necessary covid precautions. The team in river-mist has a great follow up and will give you crystal clear instructions on what to do when you are travel-ling there. They have a safe parking space for vehicles and will pick you up in their 4x4 vehicles to take you inside the forest and to the resort. Overall it was one of a kind experience for us, we would definitely like to visit again. Kudos to the entire team at river-mist resort.
