Considering the price, I should actually be complaining. Basic facilities were quite scarce — the TV wasn’t working, the AC had no dedicated remote (one remote was shared across multiple rooms), and for room service or housekeeping, I had to go down a floor to the reception each time.
The room and bathroom were stained, and the mattress was visibly dirty. Despite being advertised as a clean room, it smelled strongly of cigarettes, and I even found cigarette butts in both the room and bathroom.
The only redeeming aspects were the food quality and the courteous behavior of the staff.
