    Poor Stay

    The room itself was a problem first as they had provided a room with no fan. Then, we requested to change our room to one with a fan. The new room took 2 hours to clean and we had to wait. Another issue was the electricity kept going out frequently. It was irritating since it’s hot summer right now. The rest of the services were ok and staff were very polite.

    Poorly maintained

    The property does have a heritage feel but the upkeep and maintenance is very poor. The room I stayed in was dark, the cupboards were damp, the shower faucet didn’t work well. The location is quite close from the main junction but you have to go through a railway crossing which is pretty congested until you want to take a lengthy detour.

    The stay was good but couldn't been better and a bit spacious if we compare it with the price I paid for it which was around 2500 per day otherwise everything was decent.

    As per description, the TV was not working. We did not receive a sofa in the room, and the greaser was not working properly. The room floor was very sticky. There was no dental kit provided. Our breakfast is complimentary, but on the 15th, we did not receive it. Only the staff was very good; that's why I am giving 3 stars.

    Very lovely hotel stay with comfortable beds hot water in shower 24hrs, superb location. Tea was amazing and we got the verandah to sit on.

    I was surprised with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. comfortable beds, ac working fine and fantastic location. the breakfast was also good and amazing tea. the waiters were very helpful and cheerful.

    Considering the price, I should actually be complaining. Basic facilities were quite scarce — the TV wasn’t working, the AC had no dedicated remote (one remote was shared across multiple rooms), and for room service or housekeeping, I had to go down a floor to the reception each time. The room and bathroom were stained, and the mattress was visibly dirty. Despite being advertised as a clean room, it smelled strongly of cigarettes, and I even found cigarette butts in both the room and bathroom. The only redeeming aspects were the food quality and the courteous behavior of the staff.

    1) Conditions have not been served properly as there was also non veg food but in conditions it was clearly mentioned that non veg was not allowed Also there were a group of bachelors partying but in rules it's clearly mentioned that bachelors are not allowed. Also we were given a double bed but we were 3 adults. Also the restrooms were very dirty and toiletries were not provided properly. Also the food was not good as well Only the location was ok I would not suggest anyone to go to this place

    Based on the combination of unacceptable cleanliness and non-existent customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a pathetic experience and I would advise travelers to book elsewhere. AC was making notice continuously. There was no ceiling fam too. Don’t go with the photos which they have uploaded

    It is as always a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and quick responding every time. I have visited Lonavala many times and each time I choose to stay at this hotel and I am never disappointed. Also everything is just by walking distance. Their service is also great. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

    The room was clean and spacious and the caretakers and staff were really friendly and helpful. Also, it is 1km from the main market. However, the property was located right next to railway crossing which sometimes hampered our travel. There was power cut at night. Overall, it is a good budget stay option.
