Very poor room service, no TV channels are working. Overall very poor experience, no updation and now room needs to renovate.

Room was good, but club facilities not available, food was not good at all. In-room bath towel available only if you ask for, service was delayed.

Average Stay
The property is quite good and fairly large. Our booking included only free breakfast, which was just average. Our room was quite big. While booking through MMT, it was mentioned that a rollaway bed would cost, but after arriving they charged The washroom was big, but not very clean. Overall, everything else was okay 👍🏻

There were too many mosquitos in the room, even upon raising the issues with MMT and property, was resolved

One Night Stay at Country Club
Property is at Heart of Camp area and quickly reachable to eating joints. Room were neat and clean. Towels were fresh. House keeping and Room service acted fast on the requests. Breakfast was with limited items but rest was very good.

Terrible Stay
Biggest issue with hotel is no mobile network inside room and nearby space till you reach at the lobby. Location was good, food is not so great with limited option on food menu. I will never ever recommend this hotel to any othet

Property manager was not ready to take id cards since it was having local address..I was not told by makemytrip or hotel booking reference web

My stay at hotel residency club was awesome, the ambience and food was good and tasty, the surrounding area and facilities inside the club was family and child friendly. Staff was good and cooperative. One should atleast try once to stay at hotel residency. Strongly recommended other for stay 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent Stay
Everything about the club was good. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. The food was tasty, and even the breakfast was enjoyable. The cake shop was also selling items at very reasonable rates. There was ample parking space. I didn’t use the other facilities, but based on the overall experience, I assume they would also be up to the standard.
