Overall it was a good experience. Property is surrounded by greenery. Serene ambience with river view is an add-on. As there are no nearby eating places, they should include tariffs with meals as the food was average and not many options.

Red Earth is an awesome place to visit. Rooms, food and service is awesome. Staff are very friendly and ambience is very pleasant. Thanks Rajesh, Ravi, Sivappa, Sharmini for your service and cooperation.

This property is amazing, everything about it, the view, the feel, the food, everything is just great. It's a bit pricey, and same if reduced will give it a clean 5 star rating from my side otherwise it's a four star.

Property location good. Courteous staff both in guiding (Ashish) and in kitchen. Amenities were good. The only feedback is on maintenance. Though could have been for a natural feel but little scary to walk through in the night. Jacuzzi with continuous water supply was amazing.

It was a nice location, filled with greenery. Food taste and variety could have been better. Coracle ride was good. Jacuzzi was different from what is shown in pictures, and too many ants around the Jacuzzi.

Very courteous staff, very good food. Jacuzzi was good Speed boat costly but good The varieties in breakfast was good - they have umbrella, chappals and mosquito repellant too

Truly earthy, by the riverbank, very good local staff, one of a kind quaint property of 10 acres of greenery and calm.

Red Earth is a good vibe. It’s right by the backwaters, hence the views are stunning. The team there is warm, and they make you feel at home. However, the place is a bit too rustic in some spots. It definitely needs a little extra love when it comes to maintenance and deep cleaning to really shine but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. We went with the extended family and our fur baby and everyone had a good time. A couple of things that would level up the experience: adding some more on-site activities and food room service for certain situations. Overall, a good stay.

The overall property is good, the food and the ambience is pretty decent. However we paid 44k for 2 nights. The property has 21 cottages however when we went they gave a cottage where the Jacuzzi is not installed and it looked like a cement pit. The management did not even have the courtesy to let us know that the jacuzzi is not installed, so the money we paid went to waste. They should have reduced the cost because they didn’t give us a room that was booked. The horse ride was supposed to be 200, but they charged 500, I did not notice it until I reached home. Ground staff are friendly.

Our stay at Red Dot Kabini was simply amazing. I would like to thank the staff. The owners of the property is right on the banks of the back waters is so picturesque and scenic way. Beautiful staff, very supporting and very caring. They took supercare.

It's too good..must visit this place..nice ambience staff's are really friendly..back water river is sooo refreshing.

Worst experience it’s looks like normal resorts but it’s too high price not worth

Excellent location; loved the variety of tasty food served and the hospitality. Amazing line up of activities inside the property. Loved the meadow area with breathtaking view of Kabini backwaters. Speed boat ride, Coracle ride, horse riding, animal feeding, evening trail walk...enjoyed all of it. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Redearth team for being a wonderful host. Loved the 2 days stay even though we did not have the opportunity to do the safari. Their Naturalist Agnes and Manju were wonderful. All the complimentary activities were nice and worth doing. Food was well prepared and had decent varieties. I would definitely suggest this resort if you are making a trip to Kabini. We also had the pleasure of bumping into the resort owner who was humble and a great host.

My overall experience at the resort was a mix of beautiful surroundings and a few areas for improvement. The location is absolutely stunning — nestled right in the midst of forest and nature, it offers a peaceful and refreshing escape from the city. The food was one of the highlights of the stay — everything was delicious with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I especially loved the health counter with mixed herbs and turmeric shots — they were not only tasty but also felt rejuvenating. The soups were also flavorful and comforting. However, the rooms were quite average compared to expectations. We had booked a luxury cottage, but the experience didn’t quite match the description. The bed made noise with even the slightest movement, the bedspread and blankets were not clean, and there were no room fresheners. The towels provided were dirty, and the water flow in the sink and toilet was very low. On a positive note, the private jacuzzi was an excellent addition — it was clean, relaxing, and truly enhanced the stay. The staff were polite, well-behaved, and accommodating throughout our visit, which made a big difference. With a bit more attention to room maintenance and cleanliness, this place could easily become a perfect nature getaway.

We recently stayed at Red Earth Resort, Kabini with family and had an absolutely wonderful time! She ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay and made the evening night trail a truly memorable experience with her guidance and care. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained; housekeeping did a great job. The food was delicious with a wide variety, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed spending time at the bar and activity room, which added to the fun. The resort’s cleanliness, natural beauty, and peaceful setting make it a perfect place to unwind. Overall, the service excellence and attention to detail by the entire team truly made our stay special. The property is located in a peaceful location. Lots of trees to explore . The backwaters is lovely to relax . The coracle ride was very nice . Food was very tasty . Overall a pleasant experience.
