food is nice, location was good and overall it was good

Food, mention, safety facilities location staff all is superb

The room temperature remained the same even after we turned off the AC with the remote. We informed the hotel staff, but despite their assurance that it would warm up within an hour, the room stayed cold from evening until checkout. This issue made our stay uncomfortable.

Worst service and cost of the room is very high as compared to the size of room and services they provide. And there was leakage in my room from the window, all rain water was coming inside the room. There is no variety in breakfast not even fruits and breads available.

It's a horrible place to stay! The rooms and corridors smell of cheap smoke filled bar. Not worth the price, avoid at all costs.

It was good only. They should give complimentary water every day. Had to remind them. Cold water was chargeable. The 6th floor has a disco so the thumping was disturbing sleep. Maybe they should either give free access to the disco or ask for preference to go into lower floors. Overall a pleasant stay. Would love to come back

Property needs urgent renovation. Housekeeping was terrible; duvet and pillow covers were heavily stained. Breakfast service was chaotic with zero communication (ordered an omelet, got a dosa). Worst of all, a waiter woke me up late at night ringing my doorbell to demand payment for dinner, claiming they couldn't charge it to the room. Completely ridiculous for a 4-night stay. The Good: Miss Sruthy at breakfast was very helpful on my first and last days. The dinner service staff member was also good. Verdict: Thank you, Ramees Guestline Juhu, but I will never return. Think twice before booking.

Peaceful stay, staff was polite and it is near to iskcon temple. Room was clean, food is delicious and good breakfast buffet

Service and food and neatness is excellent. Staff also good. But food is so tasty but the rate is too high.

I was given a room which was smelling of cigarette smoke. There is too much noise and the room vibrates beyond midnight because of the nightclub on the 6th floor. You have to ask for dental kit, shaving kit and above all ask for a hand towel. Counter top beneath the TV had stains. The small flush button was not working, only the large one worked. Only plus points are location near Juhu beach and Indian restaurant was good.
