Checked in on Sunday 19th April 3 pm, into a superior room. Bath tub has a non functional hand shower, water doesn’t get stored in the tub bcos outlet is non functional, Complained over phone twice no positive response, complained personally at reception no positive response. The duty incharge manager on Tuesday had no courtesy to even listen to our complaints, . He said he would provide us a better room and asked us to pack our luggage, we were happy and said if a good room is provided we will extend our stay till 25th April and within minutes he walked up to us and said all rooms are sold out and we cannot extend our stay, , we later shifted to another 5 star hotel. Wednesday I receive a msg from the duty manager saying that we can extend our stay and need our confirmation. The duty manager MUST LEARN HOW TO BEHAVE N SPEAK WITH ELITE PEOPLE.
