Good rooms with not so good service
Rooms are nice and comfortable but did provide extra bedding even though it was included in our package. The staff at the reception pushes for good review

Good Stay
Food was very nice with a lot of varieties. Location fantastic. Centrally located with a lot of restaurants around. Near to the station. Safety always visible. Staff also good.

Nice courteous staff. Always willing to provide anything asked for. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of variety and cuisines. Non noisy and clean rooms

Average Stay
I had requested for a king size bed and they allotted a room designed for handicapped. I am not upset that the room provided to me was for a handicapped person, the things that were present like the mattress which had springs coming out & washroom which had high wash basin. How does the hotel expect the person to respond? It is very disappointing to see a hotel

Disrespectful hospitality
Morning reached hotel at around 11am. Since room was not available I thought of sipping a cup of coffee. Restaurant staff instructed me to sit outside under hot weather and then order coffee. As a guest I was hurt and went out of the hotel without ordering any coffee.

Excellent Stay
Stay was good check in was very smooth and also they understood my concern and gave me complimentary extended checkout till 2 pm that was a very kind gesture. Room was clean and well maintained overall I’m really happy with my stay.

Good Stay
Property is nice, food and restaurants are excellent along with frontline staff. However, front office staff are really inefficient and seem not properly trained who almost ruined our otherwise perfect stay. Suggest management to look into this and improve.

Excellent Stay
Complimentary breakfast spread is tasty, includes healthy juices like Lauki, carrots, beetroot etc. Rooms are of good size and nice functional bathrooms. Location is excellent on Apte Road with FC road and Junglee Maharaj road on either sides. Staff is genuinely friendly and no hassles

At the time of check in they say outside food and drink not allowed. When you show the booking voucher mentioning no restriction they will say we don't give cutlery in hotel room.

Pleasant atmosphere in the middle of the city. The rooms are most comfortable and food is good. Also the staff is very polite.

Good, Extremely clean, staff also good, food and morning breakfast had so many items. Location of the hotel is also in a silent place with no traffic.

great location, nice service
This is at central location. Service is good. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is not the best one but better than average. Bathrooms are clean.
