    Overall, the experience was very good. The only issue I faced was regarding food for my 1.4-year-old daughter. Outside food was not permitted at the hotel; however, for small children, an exception should be considered. After discussion, the hotel staff prepared baby food themselves, but it was not suitable for the baby. Ideally, they should have allowed the mother access to the kitchen to prepare the food.

    This is not fit to be qualified as a 4 Star Hotel....water from the health faucet was just two thin streams, the shower was leaking all over with water coming from above the shower head, the pillows were poor, the mattress was just sinking....only the room and reception lobby was looking nice....if you get it at sub 4500/night take it if you are willing to bear with the above inconvenience.

    Terrible Stay

    Checked in on Sunday 19th April 3 pm, into a superior room. Bath tub has a non functional hand shower, water doesn’t get stored in the tub bcos outlet is non functional, Complained over phone twice no positive response, complained personally at reception no positive response. The duty incharge manager on Tuesday had no courtesy to even listen to our complaints, . He said he would provide us a better room and asked us to pack our luggage, we were happy and said if a good room is provided we will extend our stay till 25th April and within minutes he walked up to us and said all rooms are sold out and we cannot extend our stay, , we later shifted to another 5 star hotel. Wednesday I receive a msg from the duty manager saying that we can extend our stay and need our confirmation. The duty manager MUST LEARN HOW TO BEHAVE N SPEAK WITH ELITE PEOPLE.

    Right from the entrance the receiving is good and the reception people have given the room. in the night of 16.04.2026, we had a party with wine from Australia and we have ordered full bottle. After completing the bottle, i requested for another bottle and the bar people has inoformed that there is no full bottle and he has offered the two glass and informed me that the wine is same brand. The taste is not at all the taste of the full bottle.. they are trying to misguide that it is the same. After all the heads of the bar has argued with me and finally they have stopped arguing with me. finally in the bill only one glass is billed. it is not known why it is done like that. the management is just running the show as the hotel is in the middle of the city and prime locality regarding the spa on the roof , the receptionist is not at all clear in the language and slang. My self and my friend have taken ballenese massage. when i enquired it was informed that the package includes steam bath. also. when the massage is done the therapist have informed me that steam bath is not included. when i demanded it was informed me that it is included. they said it is ok. For my friend they have not given steam. Regarding the towels used was torn. Unfortunately such a big spa is doing like that. overall the massage rating is 3. the spa management is required to look into this. one more thing while welcoming they to do foot cleaning with water filled with petals of roses. regarding the amenities i have taken club room with bath tub. i have to request for the bubble bath number of times to serve. it appears the room with bath tub does not require the bubble bath. finally while checkout no body is ready to pickup the luggage from the room and drop at the reception. just think of paying so much amount for the hotel

    Location was prime, standard amenities but the staff is very cute and without an iota of hospitality at the reception, they are there only to complete formalities and collect bill, not to attend to the issues. The AC in the room wasn't working, despite repeated oral complaints and the person saying it was a central problem, the issue wasn't fixed. We spent two nights in a packed stuffy room without AC. It wasn't a grand experience at all.

    I had requested for a king size bed and they allotted a room designed for handicapped. I am not upset that the room provided to me was for a handicapped person, the things that were present like the mattress which had springs coming out & washroom which had high wash basin.     Morning reached hotel at around 11am. Since room was not available I thought of sipping a cup of coffee. Restaurant staff instructed me to sit outside under hot weather and then order coffee. As a guest I was hurt and went out of the hotel without ordering any coffee.

    Property is nice, food and restaurants are excellent along with frontline staff. However, front office staff are really inefficient and seem not properly trained who almost ruined our otherwise perfect stay. Suggest management to look into this and improve.
