Visited with my mother aged 76 years. Rooms are very nice but problem is that ac cooling was not that effective and there is always a lot of noise in passage which can be heard in the rooms. They went out of the way to solve the ac issue though. Coming to the food since we were there for four nights it was up and down. Repetition of dishes virtually everyday. Also in room dining is a total disappointment. We ordered masala papad and they sent us normal papad which is kept in buffet with salad. One day we ordered grill sandwich with cheese and there was hardly any cheese and it was definitely not grilled and they refused to change it or refund for the papad and sandwich which is very cheap behavior of a so called 5 star. Also note there is no ac in the dining area or any common areas which is very tough to bear in this weather. Property is aesthetically made. Service is decent. Housekeeping is excellent. Staff at restaurant was also very good and special mention for miss rakhee who went out of her way to help my mother.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Radisson Saputara! The food was just awesome — every meal was delicious and beyond expectations. But what truly made the experience special was the hospitality, which was on another level altogether. A special mention to Duty Manager Mr. Arpan Das for his exceptional care and attention. He managed everything so smoothly, was extremely caring, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His dedication and warmth truly stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with amazing food and top-class hospitality!

Pleasant Resort Stay with Scenic Views and Excellent Hospitality

Had a wonderful stay at this resort in Saputara. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the mountain view balconies are absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The food was good with decent variety and kids can really enjoy the activities and play area around the resort. However, the kids’ play area can be improved a bit by adding more interactive games and activities. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Brahma and Arpan for their excellent hospitality and support. The pool area is also very nice with a great view, making it a perfect place to relax. The resort also offers an extended stay option, which is convenient, though the pricing feels a bit expensive and could be more reasonable. Overall, one of the best places to stay in Saputara for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation with family.

Had a pleasant stay at Radisson Hatgad Saputara. The restaurant and overall food quality were excellent. Our special requests for a birthday cake and baby bed were thoughtfully arranged by the team, which was truly appreciated. The cake was beautifully prepared and tasted wonderful. The staff was courteous, cooperative, and always ready to assist. The resort amenities, especially the swimming pool, were well maintained and added greatly to the overall experience. A few areas could use improvement — the dental kit was not placed in the bathroom, the bathroom door lock was not functioning properly, and a hand wash dispenser would be a useful addition. Housekeeping response time could also be slightly quicker. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great hospitality, ambiance, and food.

Had a good stay at Radisson Hatgad Saputara. The restaurant and food were exceptionally good. The cake request was delivered quite late, but the taste was really good. The staff was very cooperative, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were good and well maintained. A few areas could be improved — complimentary in-room tea/coffee amenities were missing at check-in, there was some water logging in the villa room, and housekeeping service could be a little faster. Overall, a pleasant experience with great food, ambiance, and hospitality.

The property is at a great location, the view is just mesmerizing. That apart, the staff, the ambience, food everything is just amazing. While we stayed there we had no complaints whatsoever, save and expect that the in house dining is a tad bit expensive however, given the taste and quality of food I'm sure a lot of people will find it totally worth it. All in all a fantastic resort for staying while you're at Saputara or nearby...

We had a very serious and frightening incident at the swimming pool at Radisson Resort Hatgad Saputara, where my child was in danger. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Anand, who immediately stepped in and saved my child’s life. Anand’s quick response, alertness, and professionalism were truly heroic. In such a critical moment, he acted without hesitation and ensured my child’s safety. Because of him, my child is safe today, and our family will always be thankful. Radisson Resort Hatgad Saputara is very fortunate to have such a responsible and well-trained staff member. Anand is a true asset to the hotel, and his actions reflect the highest level of care and dedication. We will always remember this, and we highly recommend this hotel not just for its facilities, but for the safety and support they provide to their guests.
