Pathetic service and exorbitant prices in the name of Radisson, otherwise rooms are stinking, no courtesy of the staff deployed at hotel and has arrogance in the name of star ratings. However, the hotel should not be given any rating. This is my third visit but the hotel and its services are same. One should try other properties instead of this bogus hotel.

Ac not working

The AC was not working properly, and even after taking a ₹10,000 room, proper service was not provided. The business class room turned out to be just a name. I asked the staff for an ashtray, but even that was not provided in my room. I had to sleep in the heat the whole night.
