I checked into Radisson Blu Hotel Indore today, and unfortunately, it has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The reception staff were extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Even the duty manager failed to address concerns appropriately, which was very disappointing.
The room condition was unacceptable—unclean, with a strong cigarette smell throughout the surroundings. Additionally, there was no hot water available, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
This level of service is far below what is expected from a hotel of this brand. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards immediately.
