    Property from outside it is good. But from room wise the quality of washroom needs to improve, toilet seat very poor quality, all marble work in washroom is very low quality work, bathtub tap broken, toilet door very bad quality of sliding.

    I just booked this for my birthday as the hotel did not disappoint me, they provided a birthday cake and the room was much better. I also enjoyed the pool. Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel and staff too.

    Property is beautiful but not the rooms. We had a business room and it was very old. All stains in the bathroom. Food was good but overpriced.

    Had a great 2-night stay at Radisson Blu Amritsar. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with good service from the staff. Location is convenient for the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. Breakfast buffet was good, especially the kulcha counter. Would stay here again.

    It was a pleasant and peaceful stay for a day in Radisson, Amritsar. The staff was very warm and courteous. They have a free shuttle to Golden temple which is a wonderful gesture. But what stole the show was the food and the taste of it. We couldn't have enough of it. Will definitely revisit and a big cheers to the team.

    Hotel location is great. Close to Amritsar Airport. Rooms are big and comfortable compared to other Radisons. Could have been maintained well considering 5 star rating. Food quality is good but options are not that compared to rest of Radison’s hotel chain.

    Poor service n infrastructure

    The room was not ready even when I checked in at 9 pm. There were crumbs on the seater. The Ac and TV not working properly. The extra bed had torn headboard n some cockroach lurking. They did not assist with luggage when we were checking out. Pathetic service and support for a 5Star place and price. Can't understand the apathy of staff and indifferent attitude
