Excellent Stay
Beautiful stay with my family! We stayed in the cottages near the swimming pool area, which made the experience even more special. The surroundings were lovely and relaxing. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Average room, poor
The cottage had lots of mosquitoes. We could not sleep the whole night. The room service guys were called multiple times for the same reason he didn't turn up. Also, the room was not worth the price.

Excellent Stay
Spent 4 nights at Pride. 1st night was in the cottage near the pool. The experience was not good. We conveyed to the front office. They were extremely understanding and upgraded us to a regular comfortable spacious room. The stay thereafter was excellent. The dining room staff were very helpful and gave excellent service. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A Comfortable Stay with Great Service and a Peaceful Location
I stayed with my family for two nights at this place. It’s a pretty nice property with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is also good—it’s about 6 km away from the busy city traffic. The only thing that could be better is the food in the room service; it’s not great. The fine dining options are much better than the room service. Breakfast was pretty good too. Thanks to the FNB Manager and the entire staff for their excellent service.

Terrible Stay
1. The Restaurant Chef during Breakfast was very rude and argumentative. Even after waiting for 25 mins after order, he has not prepared and was debating about the time that the order was given just 11 mins back. Poor experience. 2. The hot water issue; waited for 15 mins for hot water with the tap running, but had to bathe in cold water in 11 degree temperature. Hope not to get sick. 3. Cottage main door was stuck and got locked inside. Had to call housekeeping, who also struggled a lot to open. Poor property maintenance. 4. During room service, the ordered food comes as per them not as requested. When shared to change, becomes reluctant. 5. Overall food quality was also not as per Pride status, highly compromised. Manchurian was flour balls not the veggies. All in all, poor experience.

Terrible Stay
Except the night manager Ali, everything about the hotel was poor. We got a room which was probably since years - dirty washroom, unchanged & stained bedsheet along with a stench in the room that doesn't leave. The room we finally got was relatively clean, or so we thought. There was a mouse in the room.

Loud music was played until 1:00 a.m. Despite repeated requests, the hotel staff completely ignored our complaints and took no action to stop the music. It was a terrible experience and highly unprofessional. Moreover, the food quality was very poor, due to which my child fell ill and started vomiting. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and for our family.
