After check in , twice the power supply of my room was cut and whike checking the reception staff said the forgot to update the check in.. The Air-conditioner was making too much noise. The shower area was like a pool with water clogged.

Good stay and decent facilities

Overall good stay. AC in the bedroom did not work properly and the control was confusing. Ended up getting a standing fan for better ventilation

Terrible Stay

I had a miserable experience with this Poppy 's hotel. Uh, when we went to check in, they made us wait for one hour and they tried to, uh, give us the uh, suite room and last 3 of us to pile into one room, which we refuse. And they continuously were dodging for one hour, almost from uh, 930 to 10:30 in the night and uh. They were just trying to take those rooms or rather than give us what we had actually booked and paid for since they were supposedly over booked or whatever reasons. And that was really first time experience . So it's a terrible experience.

The staff is untrained. The hotel stay was not enjoyable. No hot water in the washroom. The cook in the kitchen is ordinary. In fact, the rating and stars on MMT are an exaggeration as it should be a two-star hotel and the charges versus hotel stay are not justified.

Comfortable and clean premises. Staff are friendly and courteous. The non availability of al la carte during lunch was a little disappointing. No phone to call guest services in the living area, only one was provided in the bedroom. Toiletries need to be upgraded.
