While the hotel's ambiance is commendable, significant maintenance is required, and service standards need improvement.

Breakfast closes at 10:30 even if you are eating. The staff is clear about 10:30 am. Property looks clean but it’s not very clean.

The hotel was great as usual with a huge pool. Nicely maintained property! My third visit to planet Hollywood! And I got an update to a Chalet Room as well! Only downside is the approach road. Other than that 5 stars!

Everything was good. Breakfast was a good number of options. Very sadly the mini fridge in both our rooms were not working and my husband had a problem as he had kept his insulin there. Also the road leading to the property is horrible especially in the rains.

Wow, just wow. Completely blew us away. The beach-facing views are absolutely spectacular, and the entire property has such a great, upscale ambience. It feels like a total luxury escape but still super welcoming and cozy. Every corner of the hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly maintained. If you’re looking for a gorgeous beach stay with incredible vibes, this is the spot. 10/10!

Dear team, I'm writing to bring to your attention that during my stay on 24.05.26, I faced a significant issue due to heavy rainfall causing water leakage in my room. I have photos and videos for reference. If the roof repair work is already in progress, I'd like to understand why this room was allotted to me. Excellent in All Aspects.. Specially Variety & Taste of Food, size & cleanliness of Pool and Access & cleanliness of Beach..

Food at planet dailies restaurant was not good. The service at the restaurant is also not good, too slow. Pool was very good. Beach access is also very good.

worst experience, tasteless food, non cooperative staff, rooms were untidy, ac was not working properly, instead of fridge they said they have kept bar cooler but it was not making a single water bottle cool, all my insulin get destroyed

One of the best property to stay at. Beach accessible, amazing food and kids friendly. They know well how to host their guests.
