Review Of Pinewood Resort

Most of the staff were on strike, no complementary bisleri bottle provided, also felt expensive for 1 day room rent, 5k for 1 room is high, only breakfast included, extra charges for train ride, helicopter ride which were free before, I think 4k should be the good price.

I stayed for one day, overall the service provided by the staff here is very good. Also the food facility is very tasty and good. Also the swimming pool is very good.

Superb stay with family. Big property and excellent food quality, no repeat food. 3 pools and superb water slides for kids and elders. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The location is very good, full of greenery, and the food was very good. Best for a children-oriented trip, they will not feel bored.

The property was good and food was also delicious. But the recreation facility is not good and very congested and in open space. It is in front of Reception only. Carrom boards' coins are very old. Due to the open area, there is an evening mosquito issue near carrom, table tennis, and other games. There are dust issues. Staff is good and cooperative. At the pool, tubes are not available for kids. Staff at the pool is not active.

It was pleasant stay at pinewood resort. We were only family in the resort and enjoyed a lot. There were lot of activities full day we were engaged, food was awesome, location is beautiful and very peaceful, service was best, lot of amenities. Great staff! Enjoyed a lot!

Resort facilities and staff are really nice. Perfect place for family (5/5) Reason for average rating is because of poor quality of food. Really unacceptable (-5/5). They have to fire their cook, otherwise beautiful property will go to waste!

The stay was excellent. We reached a day prior and the staff adjusted us. There are lot activities which can be done apart from swimming. Overall, a nice experience.

The stay was good. Rooms are spacious and well maintained though it could have been better. Found a few small cockroaches roaming around. The service is prompt and good. The pool was the main highlight. It's really good. 4 pools in all and one with slides. It's a huge property with lots of activities for kids and adults. The main downside though was the food. They need to have more things added and even more, look at the taste and freshness which was a matter of concern for me. If I am paying as much as 11.5K in all for a nights stay I do expect all the boxes to be checked. On the whole it was a good experience which certainly could have been better.
