I had food at Aaheli, overpriced, oily and choice in Bhuri Bhoj thali is not good. Not worth the price, it took me 2.5 hours from start to end to eat my lunch. Extremely slow service, repeat of luchi came after finishing of meal.

Property stay was great, and overall staff behaviour was very supportive. One of the good place to stay, if you are visiting Kolkata

Centrally located, it’s near to all tourist destinations in Kolkata. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean (we were in the new building). The New Year Eve party was a hit or let down. The food was good but in terms of performance there was just one live singer and he too was singing outside the restaurant. One small issue - the lunch menu on the next day was exactly the same as on the New Year eve. Overall a good hotel for family stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Food was okay but it was too expensive. Environment was good. Check-in timing should be 12 not 2. It will be convenient for all of us. Overall it was good to stay.

The location is very prominent, close to Park street. Food was too good, and delicious and if we talk about services then it was just superb. The staff were too courteous.

Services and stay was good but was extremely poor and unacceptable they served me stale chicken in the chicken biryani which is not expected from a hotel of premium price range
