We reached the property around 2:30 PM, even though the check-in time was 2:00 PM. There was no proper security at the entrance, and we had to wait a long time for parking. After that we waited again in the reception. We were finally given our room only between 3:45 PM and 4:00 PM.
The room provided was not the one we had originally selected. When we raised this concern, they asked for extra charges for an upgrade. Although the room was average, it was highly overpriced. The curtains did not properly cover the windows, affecting privacy. Additionally, the washbasin drainage system was not functioning properly.
Many of the advertised amenities were either unavailable or not working. The swimming pool was under maintenance, the artificial waterfall was not working, and the rain dance facility was also unavailable. The overall property was poorly maintained, with dust and unclean surroundings.
The fitness club was in very poor condition. Most of the equipment, including the treadmill, was not working, and the available machines were old and not serviced.
Food quality was just okay, but overpriced. They charged an additional 20% citing a gas crisis, which felt unreasonable. During breakfast, we even noticed dead flies, which was very unhygienic.
No complimentary drinks were provided as expected.
I informed all these issues to the management and shared my feedback directly. They offered me a discount on dinner, but I declined.
Overall, the experience did not match their advertisements and felt misleading. The property is not well maintained and does not justify the high cost.
