I had a very pleasant stay. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Overall, it's a budget-friendly place with good facilities and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to others.

It’s not the flashiest resort in Kumarakom, but it offers a soulful, honest connection to the backwaters. Best recommended for families looking for a slow-paced holiday, and photography enthusiasts. The Paradise heritage resort leans heavily into the "Heritage" part of its name, offering a stay that feels less like an authentic Kerala homestead. Recommend to catch the sunset from the lakeside—it’s easily the best view in Kumarakom. Indeed a ‘Slice of Paradise’!

food average, other facilities are good, but not excellent

Yeah, the Stew was good, the location was very beautiful, but I have difference of opinion as far as the food service is concerned in Paradise Resort. Yes, the food quality was not bad, but the service was very slow especially the breakfast.

it is located in a decent nice place, quite silent, with good rooms, good services, staff at the resort are very nice people, the food quality can be improved... morning breakfast items are limited.... cheers, Dr Kariyappa

Property was small yet beautiful. However, property was quite outdated and cottage rooms, facilities, games arena etc were displaying the aged feel and nil maintenance.

We had a wonderful experience at Paradise Resort, Kumarakom. The food was excellent, the ambience was truly superb, and every moment we spent there was enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Highly recommended

Excellent location. Resort was like a garden , big rooms.decent bathrooms, room service will take time and they told us up front but affordable rates and good taste. Not much of indoor activities that was the only concern I had. Worth a visit.

My family wanted a staycation, we planned 2 nights stay at paradise heritage kumarakom. Property is good, they have a big coutryard with backwater front. Villas are good too, nothing fancy but it met our expectations. We opted free breakfast booking. Breakfast was good , options are limited but what you have there is good food. Lunch, dinner and snacks are available at their restaurant. Menu is a good one. You can order and have. Pool facility is available, its a decent pool with max 6ft depth and min 2ft or 3 ft. Housekeeping staffs are friendly and did good job. All staffs are friendly. Overall , Paradise Heritage Resort is a good option, those who are looking for a stay at this kinda place.

Had a wonderful stay at Kumarakom Paradise Resort! The peaceful backwater views, clean and spacious rooms, and warm hospitality made it a memorable experience. Loved the authentic Kerala food and relaxing environment . A perfect getaway to unwind and connect with nature. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!
