Room was not good, mosquitoes were there in room no 403, food service was slow, location was ok and approachable.

The classic room is too small and breakfast is not great. Very dusty. Cleanliness is poor. No iron, slippers kept. If you are someone who is used to hygiene and cleanliness and staying in 5-star or 3-star hotels, then I would not recommend this stay.

The rooms are very compact, staff was very polite overall average experience

No wifi on arrival had to call reception repeatedly before being activated. Range of wifi was one/ two bars and not full strength. Electric kettle in room was faulty had to call them to get it replaced by a new one. Breakfast menu was repetitive and seeing that we ordered food from outside. There was one guy in the reception who was extremely rude. given inferior rooms as because there were good rooms available in the hotel which has all the amenities. Location is excellent.

Rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. Staff is cooperative. Location is very convenient.

This Hotel stay experience was superb... they have renovated all the rooms. Breakfast is very very nice. Rooms are very comfortable.

4 nights stay. Let's start.. Gatemen (Ganesh) always saying hello each and every time you come in or go out. Bell Boys Sandesh and Ganesh also very courteous and respectful. Receptionist Alam did his best for an upgrade and late check out. So very caring and attentive to the clients needs. Restaurant manager in Arun is top notch. Is there to fine-tune the breakfast buffet. Limited options but great Lavazza coffee. Rooms especially the renovated ones and amenities are good. Spacious. As for the Hotel manager Sanjay we had the pleasure of meeting up with him today while checking out. Very busy but did attend to a few issues we had. Location is great. Accessible to Linking Road, sweet shops, doctors, dentists and restaurants. It was really a great experience this time around (our first stay 6 years ago was ok) and pray that we get to come again very soon.

Food was ok, location good, amenities fair. Service 50-50, location advantage the only plus. Catalog information insufficient leading to room change, thereby cost difference with no adjustment.

The wifi did not work across three days despite multiple complaints.

Good Hotel with clean environment.

We had booked a luxury room for bigger space but the AC was not working so we were shifted to a smaller deluxe room. Even WiFi was not working. Food was below average for vegetarians. Room service was so slow that even a towel used to take nearly 1.5-2 hours.

Food is good, some renovation work was going on so expect noise till it gets completed. Room size is good by Mumbai standards and location convenient for west Mumbai

Rooms are clean and nice. But food is not up to mark. Breakfast has no variety and the main course is also average. Room service is good.

Good place to stay for a short trip and if you want to be closer to suburb. Everything is at walkable distance from the hotel or 2-5 drive.

I stayed here for 4 nights Its a nice property, staff is also well trained and well behaved. Food, breakfast is nice. only one thing if they can increase menu in breakfast as it becomes typical and regular menu. So far everything is upto the mark.

The room was very dirty, there was no shampoo for bathing, and although the garden had a view, there was nothing in the garden, not even a table or a chair.

Renovation work was happening , So dusty and lift was not working, horrible experience, Breakfast was good
