Average experience
Hotel is beautiful however AC in my room was leaking and hence the floor was wet. Food was good and the staff was very polite.

overall hotel service is good
Restaurant food is so expensive so kindly modify. Food quantity is so less. Hotel service is good. Staff behavior is professional.

Poor Stay
Hotel staff behavior was not satisfactory. Many cockroaches were in the room provided by the hotel. Rooms were not changed after several requests. Facilities were inadequate. Washroom was also not satisfactory.

Excellent Stay
Warm welcome at reception on our arrival with welcome drinks. Staff were very polite and our check in process was very first. Room was spacious and comfortable with very nice interiors. Washroom was neat and clean. Overall in-house experience was excellent.

Excellent Stay
I had a comfortable stay at NRS ROYAL PALACE, PURI. The location was superb. From my sea facing room I can see the sea from my room as well as sitting on the balcony. Or go down to the sea beach just across the road. Food was also good and there were sufficient varieties. Good facilities are available including a swimming pool. The behaviour of the staff is good. Prompt room service. Clean room and toilet. I enjoyed the stay and give full marks.

Poor Stay
check in time and check out time is horrible , we as a guest not even get 24hrs , but paid for entire days , for my 7 years old child they charged me 2000 extra without any facility like bed or breakfast , the kind of breakfast served was not appropriate for children , intercom was not working , had to ask for it twice . ground floor rooms provided forcefully , is it possible they had all the upper floor booked ? One of the guest checked out I spoke to him but that room was kept for someone else , Front desk Manager was rude enough

Terrible Stay
Room is poor quality in ground floor, there is a bad smell and dropping water from AC. The selected staff from the hotel had poor behavior. GST bill not delivered to us.

Average Stay
The major drawback of the hotel is its check-in and checkout time. Checkout time is 8am which is very early. To do the checkout someone needs to wake up by 6-6:30, bathe, and have breakfast before checking out. For a tourist place like Puri, such early checkout is very inconvenient as you go to relax and take rest. Secondly, the property is old and many of the switches and functionalities are not working. You feel you are compromising yourself after paying such a high rate. Room service is not very fast. Only the best thing is the location.

It was quite good experience, but the facilities are very poor. There were a lot of service level issues and the rooms were not clean. There was some floor damage.

My stay booked through MakeMyTrip was overall average. The location was decent and the staff was cooperative. However, the hotel does not have a pool, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the food menu is quite limited, so there were not many options to choose from. Overall, it was an okay experience but could be improved.
