It's good , but not a 5-star (MMT lists it as 5-star/MMT Luxe)
Rooms were good and big, but cleanliness can be improved. The attention to detail that a typical 5-star has, was missing here. For example, there were cobwebs in some places - both in room, and in the restaurant area. The kettle keeping area in the room had some insects/ants. The glass separation door in the bathroom was black at the bottom. The serving utensils in restaurant didn't seem to be cleaned after every meal, e.g. the juice jug was blackened at the snout, and the curd handi had some blackish pigment on the cover underside. These are minor details, but you expect these to be taken care of in a 5-star. Beyond this, food taste was very good, esp the Kerala dishes. The staff was very good, and attended us well. The property has good activity area for kids, and a turf to play some sports. Approach road and location of the property are also good. You can visit Kalpetta in 20-25 mins and Sulthan Bathery in 60 mins. Other attractions are also generally near.

it was a good property with courtesy staff. Enjoyed it... the small trek and the games for kids were thoroughly enjoyed.

Good Stay
The location, accommodation, and the pool facilities. Everything was very good. The facility was hygienic. There was excellent live music in the evening. Only thing was the food items for the breakfast was very limited, and I came to know that it was due to the crisis of fuel due to the ongoing war issues in the Middle East. Due to the limited items in the food, I make the ratings 4 otherwise I’ll go for 5.

The resort is very decent with good location, staff are very humble especially Nija from front desk is very informative. The food was excellent, head chef Piyush has a magic in his hand, he cooks delicious food and provided us nice veg and non veg foods

One of the best stay Ever. Rooms are very neat and clean and food is also amazing. We are totally satisfied. It is more than what we expected. The complimentary breakfast is totally amazing and chicken Samosa and Tea had during the evening. Also, good. The staff is very friendly.

Our stay at Morickap was very pleasant. We loved the property’s location and the beautiful view from our villa. Overall, the experience was good. However, the washroom had an unpleasant smell, indoor activities were not very engaging, the dinner limited non-veg options, and outdoor activities required extra payment. positive side: breakfast was excellent, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the live singer’s performance was truly enjoyable.

Good Stay
The stay and food is excellent but the atmosphere is not that much exciting because it doesn’t have view point or hill view or not have forest between its planned one in between a town not, even not that much cool in the evening or night other than AC.
