Review for Misty Mountain Resort (Stay on 23–24 Feb 2026)
We stayed at Misty Mountain Resort from 23rd to 24th February 2026, but our experience was disappointing.
Housekeeping was very poor and rooms were not maintained properly.
Response time was very slow when we called for service.
Staff were not friendly and not cooperative.
We booked a 3-person bedroom, but the extra bed was not provided at the time of checkin.After calling many time they provided extra bed.
No extra towel or toothbrush was provided for the additional person.
The swimming pool was not clean.
In the play area, the table tennis bat was broken, and the carrom board was in bad condition.
The children’s play area equipment was damaged and unsafe.
Overall, the resort did not meet expectations as our amount we booked . cleanliness, service, and facilities. Management needs serious improvement in housekeeping and guest support.
