Swimming pool not clean and welcome drink not given, only asked then only given. Proper cleaning not done in playing areas. Food is good.

Review for Misty Mountain Resort (Stay on 23–24 Feb 2026) We stayed at Misty Mountain Resort from 23rd to 24th February 2026, but our experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was very poor and rooms were not maintained properly. Response time was very slow when we called for service. Staff were not friendly and not cooperative. We booked a 3-person bedroom, but the extra bed was not provided at the time of checkin.After calling many time they provided extra bed. No extra towel or toothbrush was provided for the additional person. The swimming pool was not clean. In the play area, the table tennis bat was broken, and the carrom board was in bad condition. The children’s play area equipment was damaged and unsafe. Overall, the resort did not meet expectations as our amount we booked . cleanliness, service, and facilities. Management needs serious improvement in housekeeping and guest support.

Misty mountain resort standard True to it's names..perfectly located with absolutely beautiful view of the valley...cordial staff clean rooms and delicious food makes it a perfect stay for a family

Hotel location is great, there is great view. Staff behaviour, food, room everything was great. Only shortcoming of hotel is the quality of TV provided. After evening when you have nothing to do, TV is what we normally see. Here the TV is of inferior quality of some unknown brand. Picture quality is poor, there is no remote to operate, on-body controls sometimes work sometimes not. Such a beautiful property with this quality of TV was not expected at all. Even after complaining they couldn't solve the issue.

Hello, good evening, I want to express some words about the hotel. Our checking time is 11:00 AM but no reminder or call is coming from the hotel to enquire about the check. Check in of our check in. Okay. Nothing, nobody. I'm good When you are coming Sir, at what time you will reach here? Such a type enquiry not done by the authorities. Next we reached there by 530 or 6. Then I contacted the reception. Then they roughly told Please wait Sir, here it is a very rush. What is the rush? Our checking time is 11:00 AM and they have to clear everything by that time. Then one by one they can attend. But they stood be as an half an hour in the queue for clearing the guests. I think it is a very bad experience in the. Reception counter, they are telling for waiting time and nobody is coming to take our luggage etcetera. That is why I am telling.

Place was good. However they used a lot of baking soda in food. I had a gastric problem every time I ate there. They should have some hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. There are none. No hair dryer in bathroom. WIFI was there but did not work at all. No room heater. Suggest you have one.

Property is good but service is not up to mark. Breakfast is also average. Rooftop amenities are very good and view from hotel is awesome.

Nice stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Would consider staying here again.

Only good thing about the stay F&B service

It was good experience overall. Reception can be improved. Food was good, three times we had breakfast and they kept different food items. Dinner they supported over call too when we were stuck in the traffic. Free trekking experience behind the hotel was really excellent experience.

The stay was not as expected. Service has issues. I would recommend opting for any other option if you are planning a visit to Munnar as it's not as expected as for the price of this hotel.

I will recommend for following reasons: 1) excellent location 2) good valley view 3) good staff. They need to improve on food quality. Recommending for valley view rooms.

Beautiful location with lush greenery and peaceful surroundings. The views are lovely and the rooms are comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Some improvement in maintenance and food quality would make the stay better. Overall, a decent option for a quiet Munnar getaway.

Poor experience they didn’t mention gala dinner is mandatory just it is in informative text and music was loud and not able to sleep properly food was average and breakfast options are less

Staff is very helpful and the hotel has a bunch of amenities provided. All that with a restaurant and nice room service. Trekking is a must to have experience also the view from the hotel rooms is breathtaking.
