staff service is nice and overall experience is very good. around atmosphere good

The economy and standard rooms do not have windows The rooms were ok.. but the bed sheets weren’t clean.. some of the amenities like TV weren’t working in the rooms The bathrooms were clean

Very bad experience. No facilities.. totally dirty place. They haven’t put a single bottle of water as part of booking and kept it chargeable.

It was a nice experience. The hotel has good ventilation, good bathroom, bed quality was also good.

Stay was good at Milan international. Their service was good and people were well behaved. Overall felt good to stay.

This is not a 3 star hotel as mentioned. No water bottle, no kettle, toiletries etc. Leakages in health faucet and wash basin broken. Towel was also torn. Train sound. Not a good place to be in.

I paid for my stay, but the experience was disappointing. Basic amenities were missing — there was no iron box, no complimentary drinking water (water was chargeable), and no dental kit provided. For the price paid, I expected much better service and facilities. Overall, not a satisfactory experience.

i have very bad experience with starting my trip with milan international hotel and make my trip customer executive, as my train is delayed 20 hours and before check in time i have called the hotel to extend my check in time first they told me we cannot do anything please speak with make my trip customer care when I spoke with make my trip customer executive they told me hotel is not answering our call we cannot do anything now the check out is over make my trip customer executive telling me we cannot do anything as hotel has occupied the room for me money got wasted and will not booked anything from make my trip

Budget wise it's a good stay , Hotel located just behind railway track,parking also available over all value for money

The property per day rates not less than rs.2000. Not expected from MMT.

Average stay. Bed sheets were not clean, bath towel were stained, Room service were moderate. Overall stay was average.

It’s really hard for taxi driver to find location, property looks too old, mostly bathroom are damage

The Hotel room itself was decent ,but there were many problems , First of all so many mosquitoes and other insects in the room , no drinking water facilities in the room , Also the bathroom was in a very poor condition ( Bathroom equipment were broken and a bit dirty ) .
