onest reverse- not worth it to stay
Rooms are very small, even in the Sapphire category. The lift is in poor condition , you can't open the door with one hand,and during my 3-day stay there were multiple power cuts, which was inconvenient due to which the people from the masjid were stucked in the lift. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant despite what is shown in the pictures. The ground floor of the building has a mosque, which may not suit every traveler’s preference. Please consider this before booking. Overall, the stay was not very comfortable. I suggest if you are in a group of males, then only you should choose to stay here or else avoid to book this one

Property location was very good, but rooms were small and had only one small window. Rooms and building looked more beautiful in photos than in reality. So photos were not matching reality. Food was not available with hotel.

Washroom very dirty. Complimentary water was not available and the mattress was dirty. There were many problems with the mattress. The washroom was not clean and the telephone was not working.

booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. No housekeeping, dental kit was given on request, bedsheets were not changed. AC not working, poor lighting and so on.

worst behavior of receptionist
worst service by receptionist his attitude was worst he was behaving like owner i have 2 kids , knocked the room 4 time and said leave the room right now I said just give me 10 min he said I have guest outside just leave now ... this kind of behavior is not good for customer I have 3 rooms so never come in this hotel

Our stay was excellent the staff and management was good. Located in Panjim and nearby restaurants. Rooms are very well maintained and clean. Only thing was parking which the staff helped to park in front of hotel on road this can be improved with dedicated parking space if any.

Room and bathroom was too small, and the entrance of the hotel passes through a small street. Also, they charged me for the water as well while it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide water to guests.

They have shown us the room of 144sqft while booking 2. but they have given the smaller room where we can even walk 3. we have booked the room by seeing the photos on the site. 4. they have given the different room 5. we booked the room for business purposes but it was so economical that we can even do the meeting.
