Rooms are very small, even in the Sapphire category. The lift is in poor condition , you can't open the door with one hand, and during my 3-day stay there were multiple power cuts, which was inconvenient due to which the people from the masjid were stucked in the lift. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant despite what is shown in the pictures.
The ground floor of the building has a mosque, which may not suit every traveler’s preference. Please consider this before booking.
Overall, the stay was not very comfortable.
I suggest if you are in a group of males, then only you should choose to stay here or else avoid to book this one

Dear Shiva,
We’re sorry to hear that your stay was not as comfortable as expected. We would like to clarify a few points: there were no power cuts during your stay, and our amenities do not list an in-house restaurant.
We appreciate your observations regarding room size, lift, and the mosque on the ground floor, as these are important for travelers to consider. Your feedback will help us improve the experience for future guests.
With regards,
Metropolis Business Hotel
