Service was a bit slow. Luggage to rooms. Also during check-in, the reception staff lady firstly said two serviced apartments with balcony were not available. Then after repeated insisting, they had the rooms. Something about the reception staff was not comfortable. Improvement needed. This is my second time staying here. Now I don't feel comfortable.
