Good stay with nice and cozy atmosphere with nature around. Hygiene and surrounding cleanliness could have been better.

Property is good. Nice hospitality. Please get your own drinks; otherwise, you have to drive till Sanga Reddy for high range alcohol. It is surrounded by nature. Manjeera lake view.

The rooms are very well maintained, neat, and clean. The food is very good, and they make it as per your customization. Restaurant staff is helpful. The location is fine via Orr; the only issue is the final 3 km reaching the resort; it's through sugarcane farming kind of land, which is very bumpy. It's a good staycation to go to from Hyderabad with family and kids.

Pros: river , away from busy , good maintaince , service , clean rooms, small theme based architecture , kids friendly, good restaurant , good for team bookings cons: leading road , shooting was going on and cast and crew of it roam around resort you came for peace not for hassle , cost is a bit higher than counterparts who offer many things in same or even a bit of less price ,

One of the Best Resort you can visit near to Hyderabad City. If you want to take a breath of Fresh Air, Green Lush Gardens, Outdoor Activities, Children to have some fun Running Around. This is a go to place. The Rooms are very neat and clean, very good food. Special thanks to Sohail for making amazing food. The entire management is very polite and very helpful. The ambience is warm and welcoming, with beautifully maintained spaces that blend into the natural surroundings. The food was exceptional ... fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. What made the stay even better was the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel completely at home. A perfect nature retreat, looking forward to visit again soon.

The experience was overall really good. The most positive part about the places is that it is a really big property. The rooms are quite nice. The roads to the resort is quite an adventure and there is high chances of the Car breaking down. there is not much to do if you’re going as a couple apart from exploring the small little river that they have. We wanted to explore the Resort in the night light, but all their lights were not functional, which was quite a disappointment. They said during rain it keeps happening, which is not acceptable. Their check-in time is at two and check out time is at 12. They’ll start calling you to check out on time. It is preposterous how they charge 8000 to 10,000 per room Still want to reduce that 2-3 hours in a day for their maintenance..
