Rude staff Poorly maintained property Smelly toilet Unclean towels We were given only one small shower gel bottle, which was used yesterday, and today they refused a refill. They also did not provide an extra bottle of water. Interrupted power supply

First of all the stay wasn’t worth the money and the staff were so unprofessional there was no one to assist you, room wasn’t cleaned and had an unpleasant odor. I’m glad that at least the location was good we were able to explore some.

Hotel is in prime location, best scenic view, room size is perfect, food is not available since cafe sarwaa is at the same place (1200 rs for 3 persons). Everyone will pay in cafe for the scenic view, it's free if you are in MARE holidays. Don’t miss a morning walk on beach at 6 AM. Great visit.

Continuous power cut and pests inside the room had to call the caretaker multiple times to get it cleaned. Frequent power cuts day and night.

Bathroom tiles were broken. No reception, nothing. Only view was good.

The location of the property was very good, but the service and power backup were not available during my stay. The cleanliness was also below expectations. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the experience.

everything was good. Surroundings and location and view of sea facing from every corner of the resort is absolutely amazing. Love staying there again and again.

Our stay was wonderful—neat, clean, and complemented by an incredible view. While the property itself didn’t have a restaurant, the conveniently located Sarwaa Café, right next to our room, made dining effortless and enjoyable. It truly enhanced our experience!

The view was awesome. I had opted for a deluxe ground floor sea facing room. The room was good. The room can be made awesome with just some minor touch ups.

Service is very worst i reached night 1 oclk but their is no one in reception i wait for 1 hour then only watchman come and arrange the room it's my very bad experience

The location of the property combined with the landscaping makes this property a hit. The rooms are clean and tidy however the bedsheets and blankets could have been a little better. Staff was polite and friendly making it a pleasant stay.

Good views from hotel. Next to cafe. Rooms and bedsheets can be better maintained. We couldn't sleep till 3 am as their was party above our room. Lots of disturbance.

The view from sea facing room was the best view I have ever seen. In the premises there is Sarwaa cafe where the food is delicious- specially iced teas and smoothy bowls. The manager was so helpful and even installed an extra wifi router outside my room when I said I had to work. Staff was very courteous. No cons whatsoever. 24 hour water and electricity. Even due to a storm when there was a powercut, it was resolved within minutes. And the private entry to beach was another major plus point. If you stay here choose the sea facing balcony room. It'll be worth it

Mare holidays gave us a very serene, relaxing stay with an amazing beach side view. I recommend mare holidays to anyone accompanied by family/friends

It was a horrible experience. There was no water supply no toilet toiletries in the washroom and after calling makemytrip customer care we did not get any support the only thing the hotel staff said was this is what we provide
