Review Of Mall Palace

Had a very good stay at Mall Palace. The service was good, staff was supportive, and the location is excellent with easy access to nearby ropeway. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Property location at perfect location. Food on demand and quality is good. Special request also considered for baby food.

Hidden gem in the heart of the city. Every staff member is so well behaved and atmosphere of the hotel is superb and food too. A perfect stay at a perfect location.

they are posting photos of some good hotel rooms which is totally fake. whole hotel is under maintainance which few rooms open with broken floor tiles, bathroom doors without locks, electric plugs damagedand open .bathrooms are congested. walls are bushy . need to modt of things because our stay was prepaid,we could not just say no.

high rating for location & room & food as well. I visited this April. it was nice stay. along with pleasant weather.

The hotel has an amazing view of the valley. The staff was very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The lid of the toilet seat was broken and the door knob was also broken.

Location and view was good. But the road to reach there was narrow and our room blanket was not clean. There was hair and dust on it. We asked the hotel staff to change it.

Rooms are not neat, pillows and blankets are very dirty, not worth for the cost. Heater is extra charged for the premium amount paid. Not recommended at all for stay with family.

Overall room was average but bedsheet and blanket was not properly cleaned and wifi was poor and even toiletries were given to us when we asked for it otherwise there was no brush or toothpaste inside bathroom.

The hotel is generally good and clean. However, the service was a bit slow. There was no WiFi signal in our room, and even after telling them many times, they only kept saying they would check, but no one actually did it until we checked out. The kettle in our room was broken we asked them to change it, but they replaced it only on the last day and even that one wasn’t clean. Apart from that, the food we ordered was delivered on time.
