Review Of Mahi Resort

Rooms AC - I literally changed my room four times and was about to check out. Morning food was very poor. I changed nearly 4 rooms due to AC issues and the poor condition of rooms. I thought I would have a nice stay, but I spent 4 hours just changing the rooms.

Swimming pool was not properly maintained and wave pool was not working. Staff behavior was good. They allowed room change as per request from Russian pint to Deluxe without any charge.

Food was ok, ambience was average, hygiene was ok not as expected, location was cool, washrooms were dirty not maintained, in-house experience was poor no rides were available swimming pool was not cleaned

A good experience in a single day is too much fun, and good quality of food also, lots of fun with my child and wife

Swimming pool facilities were awesome. Overall facilities look very old and not maintained well. Complimentary breakfast was also not up to our expectations. Very few varieties of food. Somehow it was manageable. Service staff was active and helpful whenever required.

Mahi resort is a very old property and not well maintained. Cottage is very ordinary. Food variety and quality both are below average. Front desk staff is not professional. Half of adventure sports are non-operational. However, the location and natural beauty are very good.

The location is good, right besides the Mahi river. The cottage and tent rooms have beautiful view of riverside. Staff is polite. Few things should be improved: 1. Indoor Games are poorly maintained. Most of the games were not fully functional. Pool table was crooked, table air hockey was not working. 2. I found bed bugs on my cottage room. The towels provided were smelling little weird. 3. Swimming pools were having ants and insects but I think that was due to recent rainfall. The staff did clean up at best level they can.

The property is very good with an awesome river view. The staff is very co-operative and Mr Yogesh is very helpful. There are multiple swimming pools with different types of rides and rain dance facilities. we have enjoyed it a lot.

Everything was fantastic except swimming pool it was not cleaned nicely there was algaee ,leaves ,earthworms and many more so it was disappointing

We booked the Russian pine wood cottage and when we were assigned the cottage, there was lizard in the cottage and lizard feces on the bed and the floor tables were also dusty Then when we complained about it they said it is a wooden cottage so they can't do anything about the lizard and offered the Deluxe room or Tent We stayed one night in the tent and one of the bulb started sparkling the next night and we shifted to deluxe in late night The Deluxe rooms were also not clean the blanket covers were dirty the walls had spider webs and dust on them. The food was good and the canteen service was also good. But the stay was total disaster and overpriced. The pools were not clean there were tadpoles swimming in the pool and insect everywhere outside.
