Review Of MAGNUS CAVERNS RESORT

I want to review the property and hospitality very poor. No proper management, reception desk is very less responsive, no proper cleaning. Also the all games mentioned here are .e.g. Carrom board with no striker and queen, chess boards with incomplete pieces, cricket kit with no balls. The management is only interested in group booking and looking after them. I will never visit again. In-house Experience is not good. Food is too expensive with no tasty, breakfast is there no proper management. It’s very messy and Mis managed location . Only pleasing thing was swimming pool (that is also far away from tents ) and property location specially back the water of dam No value for money. Avoid avoid

we had a memorable stay at magnus caverns. the hospitality they had provided was just fabulous. courteous staff, clean rooms, awesome food, overall very good experience. the property is vast, and has many indoor and outdoor activities. a definite recommendation for family and kids.

Everything was excellent about the stay. Starting from location, room size, washroom, cleanliness, food quality, taste & above all the hospitality of the hotel staffs; always there to help with a smile on their face.

This is one of the best resorts. The ambience is very good. The major pros of this resort is Food. The food was really good and had a lot of varieties. They have multiple activities like indoor games, swimming pool, ATV ride, Cycl and also the dam is nearby at walking distance. The rooms and toilet were neat and clean. Also the overall resort is very well maintained. We experienced Live music night which was an add-on to the amazing stay. This is one of the best resorts. The ambience is very good. It’s over rated properly and I don’t see any luxury, don’t fall in trap for it Location: The location is quite isolated. There’s a lake nearby, but no real activities to enjoy around it. The property is spread out over different farms, so you constantly need to call for a buggy to get around. The reception is on one side of the main road, and the rooms are on the other—definitely not the most convenient setup. I stayed in the Royale Cliff Tent and paid ₹21,000 for 2 tents with Breakfast only. Lunch and dinner paid extra for buffet. Honestly, it didn’t feel worth more than ₹5,000. Service: Just average. At 10 PM, a staff member came by to let us know room service wouldn’t be available until 7:30 AM, and we should request anything we needed right away. Not ideal, especially for a premium stay. Food: The taste was good, but the options were extremely limited. Lunch and dinner included just 2 sabzis, roti, and a sweet—no starters or side dishes. Breakfast: I had high hopes for breakfast but was disappointed. Instead of a proper buffet, it was just idli-sambar, bread with butter, upma, one fruit, and tea/coffee. For the price, I expected far more variety. Overall: I travel frequently, and when I’m paying ₹10K per night, I expect value—whether it’s in the location, service, or food. Unfortunately, none of those stood out here.

Stayed at the Tavas Vintage Suite. Property is close to the Dhom Dam. Wai town can be reached within 20 minutes. Property is split in 3 phases. Phase 1 is located lakeside with a fantastic view. Suites are in phase 3 which is on the other side of the road than phase 1. The suite is fairly luxurious with a jacuzzi. No Refrigerator though. Room service is on request as restaurant is on the other side of the road in phase 1. They have electric buggy for easy transportation across the phases/areas. The clubhouse in phase 3 also has a very nice view of the lake and mountains on both sides. Amenities are fairly maintained. Staff is co-operative and helpful. Food could improve, salt and spice level is on the higher side. Overall, Property is lush and in the middle of nature with good conditions of room and plenty of space to roam around.

location is very scenic and beautiful. best view is only from villa up rooms. it gives a proper view of the lake. food is ok. The spread of breakfast was not proper. Missal paav, upama, bread and Chocos flakes were part of breakfast. No idli or puri bhaaji or Vada. Nothing of that sort.

It was an excellent stay with delicious food, breathtaking view and luxurious stay. We booked Tavas for 2 nights and enjoyed every moment we stayed there.

Good hospitality and care given by Magnus Caverns Resort team. At the resort, you can experience various activities. The location of the resort is really good, just on the banks of the dam, which gives it an amazing view. Taste of food is really good as well.

Awesome stay. This resort has every activity for kids and adults. Serene and calm environment. This resort has 3 phases and you need to use electric car to go around.

The place is located in a great location river touch. Very peaceful and serene. Facilities are ok. Some facilities were not working and some were very old needing maintenance. The tents not having toilets combined were a hassle. Quality of tent was good. Food was great. Service was very good and staff was very welcoming and easy to communicate with.

One of the best stays we have been. The the service was top notch. Beautiful location, we saw so many peacocks. We were provided with complimentary candle light dinner setup for both nights. It would be great if they setup a better game room.
